Their new exterior is clad in a modern mix of metal, wood, and stone materials — fused together so the outside rooms now act as a natural extension of the home’s stylish interior.
Boardwalk-style plank pavers tie in with the coastal surroundings, immediately bringing the beach to the house, and reinforcing the garden’s sense of place.
The backyard features an outdoor kitchen, a poured concrete and redwood bench for lounging around a new fire pit, a shaded dining patio, and a hot tub for soaking. A new outdoor shower was also installed for easily ‘washing off the beach.'
