I love working with people who have a passion for the soul of their home and garden. Featured here is a glimpse of Grandma’s home, a place of treasured childhood memories.

 

Passed on now to her granddaughter’s family, much care has been taken to preserve the family legacy while creating a special place for new memories of their own.

Distinct architectural features of the home have been woven rhythmically into their new side yard garden, both overhead and beneath your feet as you enter. A mixture of climate-friendly plants both for sun and shade surround spaces for lingering, meandering, and tricycling through.

This will always be a garden that is more than a collection of plants. And I’ll look forward to hearing of the new stories that unfold within.
